Sixteen videos, one look: a creator series cut from raw footage
Julia Bacon had the stories and hours of raw footage. In a 3–4 week sprint, Forjwell edited a 16-video branded series and designed 18 carousels to run alongside it.

01The challenge
Julia had the stories, including her breakout “moving countries without a plan”, and hours of raw footage to go with them. What she was missing was an edit system: one look and one voice, delivered on schedule.
02Our approach
Set direction first
Footage, fonts, colours and references were gathered so the voice was fixed before the first cut.
Plan the series
16 narratives mapped out, with each video written as a chapter of the same brand.
Sprint the edit
Every video edited, graded and captioned inside the sprint window.
Post and measure
Performance tracked to steer the next phase: a scoped website build.

05The outcome
A library of raw footage became a publishable branded series. The first episode is already live, and a website engagement is scoped to carry the momentum forward.
